Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:05 Steve Roi joined the meeting.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Kristen Cogswell joined for her regular meeting. Cogswell noted the City Pool is expected to open in June and reviewed some of the zoning regulation changes. Cogswell asked about night sky regulations in the County (there are none). The City received a telescope donated by Heroes Steam Engine and hopes to build an observatory by the airport. Discussion about Marijuana Zoning. Bullock met with Renaissance Festival Organizers Sunday to tour the Fair Grounds; he believes it will be a well organized event. Discussed cooperative efforts with Rodeo Association to use the county’s microwave internet connection at the Fairgrounds.
Miller moved to approve claims for March 2022; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
Miller moved to approve commissioners Proceedings for March 10 and 15; Blain seconded; motion carried.
10:20 Gary Levine from Spectrum met with Commissioners to drop off his Proposal for On-call Architect Services.
11:00 Commissioners opened responses to the Request for Proposals for On-Call Architect Services. Proposals received from: Spectrum Group Architects, ARET Group, and Henneberry Eddy. Commissioners would like to interview all three applicants.
