8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Geospatial Information Systems Coordinator / Fire Warden Tom Kohley met with Commissioners for the Resolution to Establish the 2022 Fire season. Discussion regarding title of Fire Warden vs. Rural Fire Chief; Kohley noted there is more authority under MCA for the Rural Fire Chief. Discussion about whether or not they want to add a provision on how surplus funds are to be used. Miller moved to accept Resolution 2022-02 Establishing the 2022 Fire Season and Related Burn Permits and Fees; Bullock Seconded; motion carried.
9:50 Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall, Election Administrator Macque Bohleen, and Deputy Clerk and Recorder Crystal Roascio met to inform Commissioners that there have been complaints regarding election judges going around asking questions about election integrity. Bohleen has contacted the judges and confirmed that they are not implying that they are representing the elections office or using their position as an election judge to make the inquiries.
10:20 AP Clerk Piney Helmuth met with Commissioners to discuss Liability Insurance Schedules.
10:30 Sheriff Josh McQuillan met with Commissioners regarding marijuana business in Roberts at the old Y-stop. McQuillan is under the impression that the County Attorney is not interested in addressing the issue under current regulations. Discussion regarding implementation of local zoning related to marijuana businesses, how current businesses may be grandfathered in, what would happen to applications going through the Group 2 Development Process.
11:00 Historic Preservation Officer Deb Hronek met with Commissioners regarding the Certified Local Government Grant (CLG) Application for funding of the Historic Preservation Officer. Blain moved to approve CLG Grant Application; Miller seconded; motion carried. Hronek also presented updated Historic Preservation Plan.

1:00 Town of Bridger Mayor Shala Column and Clerk Kirsten Sweet met with Commissioners to discuss the replacement of the Fairlane Avenue Bridge in Bridger. The Town is seeking $12,000 in Wind Impact Fee funds to assist with replacing the structure with a box culvert; the Town plans on using BARSSA funds to pay for the remaining cost of approximately $24,660. Blain moved to adopt Resolution 2022-03 to allocate $12,000 of Wind Impact Fee Interest to assist the Town of Bridger with Fairlane Avenue Bridge project; Miller seconded; discussion about equipment and manpower to be supplied under the cooperative infrastructure agreement; motion carried
