Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Blain moved to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Montana Woolgrowers Association for the Predator Control Fund in the amount of $1,005; Miller seconded; motion carried.
Miller moved to accept minutes for June 6, 9, and 17, 2022; Blain seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners discussed the subdivision observation bridge in Red Lodge between 19th and 9th Street Bridges. Both Bullock and Blain, believe the bridge needs to be removed and would like to coordinate with the City of Red Lodge to initiate a discussion with landowners. Significant flood debris are piled up against the bridge; Blain noted the potential for that bridge to cause further flooding is significant.

10:00 Nixon met for regular meeting. Discussed marijuana petitions.
Meeting closed to discuss litigation strategy regarding motor vehicle accident deaths involving a Sheriff’s Deputy.
11:00 Meeting reopened.

11:00 Roberts Water and Sewer District has requested County ARPA funding to supply the match for the County minimum allocation grant. Commissioners will not allocate the County’s Federal ARPA funding for the required State match; if the District is unable to obtain the required matching funds by the end of August the County will consider other projects for the funding.
