COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Commissioner Bullock moved to approve minutes from July 11th and 15th; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to accept agreement for IT Services with DIS Technologies; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon and Deputy County Attorney Shannon Foley met with Commissioners. They discussed jailing prisoners in Cody and Commissioners will raise the question with MACo again regarding insurance coverage. Commissioner Blain noted Mathes road easement is not where road was built. He will work with the landowner to correct the easement.
Volunteer Firefighter Assistance Grant now know as the Rural Fire Capacity Grant, 911 Grant program grant and GeoComm Agreement. Both Agreements were signed

Commissioners approved a purchase request for new anti-virus for the Sheriff’s Office.
