Commissioner Bullock moved to approved Claims for July 2020; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.

9:00 Commissioner Bullock moved to renew the Agreement with Dan Martin for the Superintendent of Schools; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Fire Warden Tom Kohley joined to present the Rural Fire Capacity Program Subaward Agreement which would be used to purchase additional fire shelters. It requires a 10% match which will be paid by the rural fire districts receiving the shelters. Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Agreement; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
Kohley detailed that the County was awarded $11k through Emergency Management Performance Grant reverted funds, but the County would be required to provide 50% match. He will inquire with the state about the possibility using CARES Act Reimbursement as the County’s match obligation.
10:30 Commissioner Blain stepped out of the meeting to tele-conference a Mental Health Board meeting.
Kohley met to discuss the job description for the Disaster and Emergency Services Coordinator vacancy. 10:50 Commissioner Blain returned to the meeting. Discussion regarding experience vs. education requirements.
11:00 Airport Board Meeting attended by Merrill Pfeifer; Mark DeRudder; Gary Herem; Craig Hash; County Contract Engineer Brent Moore of Interstate Engineering; Red Lodge hangar owners: Becky Hill (tele-conference), Bo Ewald, Drew Daniel, Steve Smith, Andy Teetzel; and prospective Red Lodge site lessee Bill Miller (tele-conference).
1:00 Carbon Stillwater Community and Senior Programs Preliminary Budget attended by Susan Lewis, Dianna Ketterling, Tiffany Morehouse and Nan Blair. They are asking for a 4% increase above the $29,891 allocated in FY19-20. They detailed the many ways COVID-19 has affected their approaches to servicing seniors.
