Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to request to attend a fire in Troy on a DNRC team; Commissioners .
Commissioner Bullock moved to increase Floodplain Administrator to Mid Clerk rate as she received her Floodplain Manager Certification and successfully completed her probationary period; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners discussed Board vacancies. Current vacancies are as follows:
Bridger Fire One – 3 year term
Fromberg Fire Two – 3 year
Edgar Fire Two – 3 year terms
Historic Preservation One – 2 year term At Large
Library One – 5 year term Dist. #
Planning One – through 12/31/18

11:00 Commissioners discussed asphalt inventory and preservation projects. This winter they would like to work on a maintenance and preservation plan for asphalt roads county wide.
