Commissioners and Attorneys discussed conflicts in scheduling and communications issues for IT work at the Sheriff’s Office. There have been issues between Sheriff Office Staff and Morrison Maierle Systems, who is contracted to perform IT services for the County. Alex prefers one approach, where one company performs all IT related services rather than the current configuration where Sheriff staff also does IT work for the office. Commissioners and attorneys discussed previous IT work in the Sheriff’s Office; Alex reviewed the history of prior conflicts.
