COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

          May 11, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Prinkki were present.

         8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Clerk and Recorder Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for April 2015; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

          9:00 Clerk and Recorder Marcia Henigman met with Commissioners regarding selection of a title company to perform title work for tax sale properties. Two bids were received one from Carbon County Abstract and Title Co. and one from American Title and Escrow. Commissioner Tucker moved to accept bid from Carbon County Abstract and Title Co.; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

          Commissioners took visual survey of County Property along Rock Creek in Red Lodge to determine if it should be put up for sale at auction.
