Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

9:20 DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to discuss flooding potential. Tom noted the biggest factors will be high temperatures and the possibility of rain at high elevations which could cause rapid snow melt. Tom and Commissioners also discussed the Big Horn Co. WY Mutual Aid Agreement; it is ready to be sent to both Montana and Wyoming Attorney Generals Offices.
9:30 Ron Reed met with Comm to discuss dust control and grading. Also discussed sand creek culvert project.
10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon, Deputy County Attorney Shannon Foley, and Civil Deputy Jacque Papez met with Commissioners. Shannon noted the simulcast radio system complaint against Industrial Communications has been drafted; Jacque is making one more attempt to reopen a dialogue with their insurer before it is filed. Alex is working on revising the City Court Agreement and will work with the City Attorney to get a final draft. Discussed Court House addition issues. Spectrum Architects is in the process of evaluating, would like to issue notice to Architect and Contractor.

Commissioner Blain moved to accept Treasurer’s Cash report for April 2018; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; carried.
Commissioner Blain moved to accept Clerk and Recorder’s Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for April 2018; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve the Net Motion Premium Maintenance Agreement for 3 years; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
