COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Clerk and Recorder Marcia Henigman met with Commissioners to discuss sale of tax deeded property.
9:30 Commissioners met with Baldwin’s Landscaping to review landscaping projects proposal for the Personal Services Building. The Commissioners would like to scale down the project to reduce the cost and will look at replacing shrubbery with decorative rocks.
9:50 Commissioner Grewell moved to request Angela prepare a letter of response to Elizabeth Scanlin regarding the East Rosebud Road with the County Attorney’s changes and insert language specifying Commissioners made decisions historically with regard to County roads within their district; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
10:00 Road Superintendent Shawn Mains met with Commissioners to discuss Road Priority List. GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley was also present. Commissioner Grewell moved to add Two Willow Ln to the road priority list to correct a past error omitting the road, as it is a County Road; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried. Commissioners also reviewed other roads where school bus route changes have taken place. Commissioner Grewell moved to change Chilcott Road and Grove Creek Road to Priority Two roads, add Two Willow Ln as a Priority Two road, and increase Musgrave Road to a Priority One road; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
11:00 Commissioners reviewed the County Fee Schedule. Commissioner Grewell move to amend the fee schedule to add Flood Plain Permit at $50 and Flood Plain permit Variance at $250, to remove the Red Lodge Rural Fire Impact Fee, to keep residential approach at $100, and add Commercial Approach fee at $400; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
11:15 Commissioner Prinkki joined the meeting.
