Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond and Bill Bullock and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.

Commissioner Bullock noted the Library Board is looking at changing their bylaws to allow librarians to serve on the board and to reduce the number of required meetings.
Nev Harding met with Commissioners to present the findings of the groundwater conditions of the Clarks Fork River Valley near Edgar Montana concluding that future land use changes will increase water shortage in the Edgar area (Document #379043). He thanked the Commissioners for listening to landowners and denying the proposed subdivision.
9:00 DES Coord. / Fire Warden Tom Kohley met with Commissioners. Dunne Communications has ordered antennas for the Greeno Radio Tower Site. Tom reported on the Burn Permit System noting there were 2,149 activations last year.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve minutes from September 5, 10, and 12; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
