Commissioners Scott Miller and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioners received correspondence from MDT regarding projects on State and Federal Highways. Commissioners confirmed that Carbon County has not initiated any projects on highways.
9:00 Geospatial Information Systems Coordinator / Fire Warden Tom Kohley came in with contract renewal options for CodeRed. Bullock and Miller agreed to go with shorter term of renewal in case technology improves and a newer more affordable option comes available. 3-year renewal term was identified as $200; Kohley said he would locate a contract.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson came in and caught up on issues within the city.
9:55 John Monroe came in and inquired about docusign for mental health grant. Bullock had signed and submitted this morning.
10:05 Steve Thuesen came in to discuss detention facility and options coming forward.
11:30 Contract Planner Forrest Mandeville and Bill Karas from Red Lodge Surveying met with Commissioners regarding the Willow Creek Subdivision Final Plat. Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall was present. Miller Having reviewed and considered the application materials, project memorandum, and all of the information presented, moved to approve of the Willow Creek Subdivision, final plat; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
