Commissioners Doug Tucker, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

9:00 DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to update them on the FEMA grant application for updating the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan. The Grant application is for a $25,000 grant which would require a match of $8,300; the grant match can be a “soft match” and does not require a cash match. Commissioner Tucker moved to approve Pre-Disaster Management Planning Grant Application; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried. Commissioners signed a funding commitment letter, participation form, and non-construction assurance.
