Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
City Council representatives Jody Ronning, Jen Battles, and Terry Durbin were present for public comment to discuss airport issues. The proposed boundary will be discussed tonight at their Council meeting. There was some discussion about the Airport Interlocal Agreement including the makeup of the board; 3 from the County, 3 from City of Red Lodge, and 3 from Bridger. The county wants to make sure that the boundary that was proposed today does not change or shrink further.
9:00 Public Health Director Erin Cross presented the Sanofi Vaccine purchase agreement for influenza and routine rebate on vaccine purchases. Bullock moved to approve, Blain Second and motion carried.
Cross also presented a Memorandum of Understanding for LIFTT to help with a mobile vaccine clinic. LIFTT has awarded $4,500 for the multiple vaccine types and other associated costs. Bullock moved to approve, Blain Second and motion carried.
Cross presented a Memorandum of Understanding with Richland County for AmeriCorps Member Service for the integration of Public Health and Mental Health. Bullock moved to approve, Blain Second and motion carried.
9:15-Clerk and Recorder Macque Bohleen and Accounts Payable Clerk Piney Helmuth asked for approval for a special check run for a snow plow in the Bridger District. Blain moved to approve, Bullock second motion passed.
Helmuth noted she has canceled the account with Windstream because the cost associated for the service have increased over 600% but needs a letter indicating she has the authority to do so. Phones at the Weed shop have changed to Connect and the fax machine at the Extension office was canceled. These were the only services provided by Windstream.
10:30-Blain moved to approve employee time, Bullock second motion passed.
1:00- Misunderstanding on when Elton pay increase request was scheduled. Rescheduled to 10:30 Thursday.
