Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

8:50 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve the Clerk and Recorder’s records disposal request; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

DES Coord./GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to discuss the expiring Century Link lease agreement for the 911 Center trunk lines. The contract is roughly $4,000 less. the amount is based on the number of phone lines in the county. Commissioner Grewell moved to approve the Century Link Product Services five-year Agreement for 911 Trunk Lines; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Also discussed closure of Chance Road Bridge. The bridge is currently closed until further notice due to holes in the planking.

9:00 Supt. Schools Jane Swanson Webb and Lori Kane met with Commissioners.  Commissioner Grewell moved approval of the county wide transportation budgets as presented; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Jane and Commissioners discussed recent reports by other counties of assessments for new construction that had been missed by the Department of Revenue. Commissioners discussed the possibility bringing in a temporary employee to compare tax rolls with cadastral.

Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Emergency Management Planning Grant Agreement for 2016-2017; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

10:00 Commissioners will be rebidding the Red Lodge Creek Road Bridge replacement project as the project has been reengineered.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Justice Court Report for August; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

10:50 Commissioner Tucker moved to accept grader bids from RDO; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
