Superintendent of Schools

The Superintendent of Schools provides general supervision of public schools in the county in collaboration with Montana’s Office of Public Instruction. The Superintendent serves as the Chief County School Financial Officer, including budgeting assistance and a graphic report on school finance. The Superintendent is also the record keeper of numerous official school records, including the history of the schools. Finally, the Superintendent provides general supervision of school transportation and maintains homeschool records.
